Custom Fields

New in Helpdesk 2.0 is the Custom Fields feature which enables you to create customized fields on a per department basis, meaning that each department can have it's own set of unique custom fields. The custom fields display using AJAX when the the user selects the department. You can test this feature on our own helpdesk system here.
